Why people can't label things correctly I do not know. Also, slightly less annoying but still frikkin' annoying - people who write the entire message in the subject line, but leave body copy blank. And then there's those people that phone you up to tell you they sent you an Email. Which is stupidly irritating, because it interrupts your routine and tells you precisely nothing that is useful.
